David Charles Klein is an energetic, passionate design and real estate professional who brings his dedicated work ethic and easy-going personality to every transaction. A graduate of the University of Southern California, David was raised in Los Angeles but his 35 year customer service and management career in retail and wholesale has taken him to Chicago, San Francisco, and Manhattan, where he worked with top brands including Jonathan Adler, BCBG Max Azria, Coach and Calvin Klein.

 

While moving up in retail, he was named regional merchandise manager of the year at Macy’s recognized for his outstanding merchandising skills and earned a G2 Executive Leadership certification in customer service from Hong Kong University while working at LF USA, Inc., where he oversaw $650 million in gross sales volume as Vice President of Planning. His exemplary people skills have lead to very successful partnerships with many of the top executives in their fields. David prides himself on his ability to work with people, understand their needs and get the job done, and done well.

David discovered his talent for real estate, renovation and design while living in Manhattan where he purchased his first home, an apartment on the Upper West Side. Undaunted by a “fixer upper,” he saw potential in the property and after just three short years netted a 25% return on his initial investment.

 

Over the years, David honed a stellar sense of style and an appreciation of fashion and architecture that will serve him well in his new home base in Miami Beach. David’s understanding of space and people, and his willingness to be a tenacious advocate for his clients, gives him a unique ability to find the right space for the right person.

 

In his downtime, David can be found shopping for mid-century modern treasures at thrift stores and vintage boutiques around south Florida. He also loves spending time at home where he can relax, unwind and rejuvenate his body, mind and soul. David’s passion for people, love of design and appreciation for his own home and sanctuary is what drives him to give all his clients the best home possible.
